Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped on weekends or U.S. holidays.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.

Transit time begins after the order ships.
Total estimated delivery time = Processing time + Transit time
Delivery estimates may vary depending on the product, shipping origin, destination, shipping line, carrier, and product availability.

Shipping times, available shipping methods, and delivery estimates may vary based on the product, warehouse location, destination, carrier, and shipping service selected.
The estimated delivery information provided at checkout is the most current estimate available for your order.
- Standard: 3–5 days transit time
- General Express: 1–2 days transit time
- EPROLO Express: 3–7 days transit time
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the product, destination, and available shipping method. Existing shipping rates remain unchanged.
Shipping within the United States
Shipping availability for Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico varies by product and shipping line. Available options and rates are shown at checkout.
